Procedure for hematoma - need help - sm for context

After a Betadine prep, the region was anesthetized with 1% lidocaine with epinephrine, 1 mL was used. A 0.5-cm incision was made with a #11 blade. The hematoma was evacuated by providing pressure. It was probed with s/l pick-ups/take-ups.
1. Hyponatremia. Rule out subdural hematoma.
