It is the only medication listed and the only thing in his Past Medical History is ankle surgery. I thought that it might have been an anti-inflammatory or pain medication, but can't find anything to match. Thanks for picking your brain for me!

Title of procedure:  A 24-hour pH probe study.


Then we pulled the probe 2 inches above the level between the acidic and non-acidic line and then we taped it and anchored it and the baby started the breast-feeding right away after the probe placement. 


TPN - PIC line

She currently is receiving TPN through a PIC line in the left basilic vein. This had been in place for about three years. Recently, it was changed from ___ due to fever and positive blood cultures. Since it was changed ___, no further fevers. She has been told that she could not get further PIC lines on the right arm.


This blank sounds like it has something about "wire" in it, may even be more than one word, "over to wire".  Both blanks sound the same.
