there is the abbreviation MAR docs dictate for medication administration record, but not sure...sm

if that's it? This is usually dictated when they don't want to list the entire medication list so refer to the MAR that is in the chart.

I have no way of knowing what this medication is for. Past medical history is Diabetic with neuropathy, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, history of left knee arthritis, osteoarthritis, and also with hypopituitary with steroids, COPD, home oxygen dependent.

It sounds like she is saying Leftrin.  Not 100% what it is for (list of meds), but the first report she said if Leftrin did not work would use Flexeril, and the 2nd time she said it she said Leftrin 0.125 mg sublingual p.r.n.
