I am struggling with what sounds like either distal or dysvul or something like that - ventricular tachycardia wtih an implantable difibrillator- any ideas?

It doesn't sound like there is anything there to give you a clue as to what might be right and typing any old thing just to avoid leaving a blank isn't fair to the patient.
