Left breast has a significant capsular contracture, more so medially, where there seems to be some tethering of the pectoralis muscle which is displacing the implant laterally.


We may have to performan AlloDerm sling medially in order to reconstruct the ______________ of the breast.

ER is extended release. It appears ER is the official way with glipizide, and yet SR would be just as clear to other MDs. So if you are supposed to correct, use ER. If you are supposed to transcribe verbatim, just give it to him, IMO.
