WBC is 10,000 with 49% s/l PM ents, 39% bands, 5% lymphs, 5% monos, 1% eosinophils, and the MCB (membranous cystoplasmic body???) was 74.

Not sure what the first percent is measuring (49% s/l PM ents), and I've never heard of MCB.

TIA!

Subject: Differential on polyuria

Help. Patient has polyuria.  Doctor dictates: Urine osmolality and electrolytes pending. He starts new sentence: s/l Dis person sent out differential on polyuria and possibility of obligatory polyuria secondary to chronic potassium loss. Any ideas on what "Dis person" or what the rest of the sentence might be?  Thanks.
