doubled-armed
Subject: doubled-armed

This is part of a sentence:  The inferior mesenteric, to the aortic graft, with a running layer of 4-0 Prolene and a doubled-armed RV1 needle.  Should this be 4-0 Prolene with a doubled-armed RV1 needle?  Is there a RV1 or RVI needle?  Should it be "doubled-armed or double-armed? This surgery is about 900 seconds long, vascular surgery to boot and I am going nuts!

Also, states layer of 3-0 Prolene and a doulbed-armed SH needle

Is huffing fermented poop the next new street drug?
Filed under Offbeat, Stuff I Like

There’s been articles floating around on the internet warning about a new street drug called Jenkem. The latest “informational bulletin” from a Sheriff’s office in Collier County, Florida was posted on The Smoking Gun website. Apparently, Jenkem is fermented urine and fecal matter and when inhaled, the concentrated methane supposedly gives off a powerful high.

I checked it out at snopes.com and found this LINK. However, the actual veracity of this story is still considered “undetermined” and a link to a BBC news article was provided. Supposedly, this started with the street kids in Zambia as a cheap way of getting high. The story is too disturbing and too disgusting to go into detail here, so click away at the link at your own risk and not if you plan on eating anytime soon.

The DEA would have a hell of a time regulating something like poop. Moms like me could be the newest victims of this new drug. Who needs a crack pipe when we have a diaper genie we could plaster our face against and inhale it hallucinogenic contents?
