Does it make sense that a patient has a traumatic torticollos of hemorrhage, I'm not hearing the "of" word clearly and not sure if she's saying of, and, or with, and can't find it in any of my searches.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

CT scan of the brain revealed multiple scattered petechial hemorrhages in the deep whiter matter and gray white junction, trace ventricular hemorrhage in the right occipital lobe, and "cavitation" hemorrhage in the right thalamic region.

Mr... appears for this appointment neatly and appropriately dressed and groomed.  He is cooperative.  His speech is fully understandable to the examiner.  He smiles much of the time; he is cooperative.  ______ status revealed that he knew that George Bush was the current president and that Bill Clinton preceded him.  He denies hearing any voices.  He denies any other significant psychiatric problems.  He did not show any unusual or bizarre behaviors or manorisms.  He is not currently on any medication.
