He had colon cancer 10 years ago which was a carcinomatous polyp.  He had a CECALECTOMY??? which was considered the cure.  Cancer was confined to the polyp.  He has a history of reflux esophagitis and PEPTOesophageal disease?


I think she is making up these words.  I cannot find anything to confirm.
