Does his tone of voice suggest at all that he's saying positive and then correcting himself by saying negative?  That was my first thought anyway.

CORRECTING QA
Subject: CORRECTING QA

Try giving the lousy QA person the "chapter and verse" in Dorland's or some other equally credible reference work. I used to do that whenever an MD questioned work. Shut 'em right up. Just cite the page, edition, etc. Maybe they will learn something from you.

Quit correcting typos. We need support, not correction.
Subject: Quit correcting typos. We need support, not correction.

This is not direct specifically at you. I wish everyone would quit being so darn picky in these forums. We are all tired and just needing help on the question. We are all typing without spell check in this program which we are all very accustom to relying on. Give us all a break....and yes...I am SURE that I have a typo in here and don't care. This is where we come for support, not correction.
