Ortho- She has a low level discomfort as mentioned by the "s/l Houser" mechanical component. Has to do with knee pain.
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

The dr. states:  Radiographically, he has no signs of loosening of the well-fixed implant user long stem components on the femur and the tibia.  I can' t find this component or if it is even one.  Help!  Thanks!!!

Pt. had chest pain while walking...then the Dr. dictates " he felt like he was hit in the chest. There was a 'somewhat phoretic component to that'....."  any ideas?  I've tried to make "diaphoretic" out of it, but I do not hear that. Please help and thanks!!!!

Sounds like herpes "syn" rash. Not skin, cause later dates no cutaneous component. sm

The nature of her chest wall spasms is not clear. The first thing that comes to mind is herpes, but this would have to be herpes syn rash. There does not appear to be a cutaneous component to it, and postherpetic neuralgia is less likely but still remains the most likely diagnosis.
