She has a 1.8 mm S/L- celutoe translation at L3-L4 level.
Radiographs show s/l- a foot 80 degrees right thoracic, 76 lumbar. ( it really sounds like he is saying foot, he is foreign, and I do not understand where foot would fit in, but Im not familar with typing these notes.

I am having a very hard time with this one.

There is so much in this report that I cannot understand. Truly, I'm wondering if this doctor starts speaking in his native language sometimes.
Here's what I've got
Her weight s/l "1 per 1980." Blood pressure controlled 130/80. Color is fair. Throat is s/l "cold." Thyroid tissue on palpation. Lungs clear.
I wish I could ask for help on the next sentence too, but I cannot make out one single word in it!!
