Extremities - no CVA or CVP?
Subject: Extremities - no CVA or CVP?

Has anyone ever heard of either of these terms dictated under the "extremities" section of a physical exam?  I can understand "no CVA" in a way because of the patient ever had a stroke then their extremities might be effected (although I would think this would go under the neuro section).  Its the CVP that I'm not getting.  I've checked my abbreviation references and I can't find anything this would refer to.

BTW, I left this blank.  The QA department filled the blank with No CVA or CVP.  I'm curious more than anything.  Am I missing something here?
