I don't think they check ABGs for claudication.  Claudication is a problem with the blood flowing through the legs.

Three views of the right ankle demonstrate healing in more or less anatomic position, with less than 1-mm stepoff on a  s/l "P".  No widening of the medial mortis.  The fifth metatarsal is healed.
