I know I have seen this before.. for some reason I am stuck. 


Nose is s/l patent anteriorly without mucal purulence of polyps.

Hello all...typing for a fast one today!  She is speaking of KD68 androgen.  I cannot make out if it is KD 68 interandrogen or inner androgen.  Any clues? 


Another issue is There is minimal erythema of the incus of the right drum.  However, it doesn't sound like incus...sounds like she is saying enos.  Not stumbling over the dictation, but just doesn't sound like incus.  Thanks!
