This is how I do it.  Don't you love when they dictate things like that?  What is wrong with "better than 70% improvement" or improvement greater than 70%, or whatever.  Sometimes I change things like that to make it clear and so they look like they have a grip on the English language.

Doctor dictated the local consisted of "one-quarter percent lidocaine with epinephrine". Should I spell it out like that or use 25%? Thanks for any help!

Never heard labs dictated this way.  HELP!
