a repeat sl-PEE was done which showed normal left ventricular wall thickness.

this is pulmonary ESL--patient has suspected pulmonary hypertension.

dr says pt has pulmonary TS and LAM---does TS stand for tricuspid stenosis and does LAM stand for lymphagnioleiomyomatosis?

pt had a sl-hemosocis and ABG performed showed a normal PO2.

pt had a sl-VICU scan which was norma.

I know there is such a thing as Fogarty catheter, but I there is no way I can hear that!

doctor states that he did a full pulmonary function test including s/l *theo*. 

Does this mean theophylline?  Never heard it abbreviated like this, so I am scared to guess.

oxygen saturation is improved than what it was in the hospital when patient was on a high s/l *con mask*.

Pt with upper RTI with dry occasional productive cough. There was no "sitterwitting", hemoptysis, fever, chills or headaches.

What could this possibly be?

Ok, this can't be right!  It sounds like the doctor is saying the patient recieved either pulmonary toileting or pumla retoileting due to hypoxia?  Any suggestions?

Doctor dictates... Prior to bronchodilator her FVC was 69% predicted and s/l FED-1 was 58% predicted.
