I am helping out with radiology and am stuck.  doing CT of abdomen/pelvis with multiple parapelvic/peripelvic cysts on both kidneys.  Do I use peri or para?  Thanks

s/l reghitti          There is a reghitti high signal involved in the anterior lateral,

is that correct, can't verify.

The axial images show the thickness of  the * and some articular cartilage and popliteal spaces are normal.  (MRI of the right knee)  S/L  polse.  any help is appreciated!!!

s/l stranding or strandy.  Doctor said diagnosis is...? (Stranding or Strandy?) fibrotic scarring in the lungs.

Breast imaging----Doc dictates "ultrasound demonstrated a 10 mm circumskine mass"  

this is how is sounds, but I can't find this word.  Any ideas?

related to the contour of the tuberosity seen on  sounds like "phose or fose" on the x-ray?  Happen to know what this could be??? Thanks!

Her path report comes back with a high grade papillary transitional cell carcinoma invasive into thick muscle bundles suspicious for lymphatic involvement.  Based on a s/l pan son x-ray with the bladder essentially pushed towards the right side of the pelvis, I believe a good amount of this tumor is already extra vesicle.

Any idea for the x-ray he may be dictating? 

A 5 mm s/l collimated  slices through the thorax performed without intravenous contrast.

Is this a correct sentence?

In the nasal cavity, there is no mass or s/l chondrablosssa.

Any idea of the above term?...thanks

Not exactly sure what I am hearing but.   Radiologist says ---- within the proximal _______ (s/l mendoza or mendopsa) region of the humerus. 

I have googled and not finding anything.

Any suggestions?

There is no evidence of s/l atrial or extrahepatic febrial dilatation.

Is this a correct sentence?

Left knee/ patella, two views.

There is no loss of s/l antiticher spaces. There is no s/l chondrulent or soft tissue calcifications and/or abnormalities on alignment

Left leg:

No evidence of DVT left lower extremity. s/l Purposeful thrombus within the greater saphenous vein extending to the upper calf.

Purposeful thrombus does not make sense. Please help

I'm typing up a chest CT, and the doctor states:

"Unable to ingest contrast due to elevated ???"  Sounds like "chromium."

He is talking about "frontal and lateral chest radiographs.

Can't tell if this heading is "IMPRESSION" or "DEPRESSION" (would there even be a heading of DEPRESSION?

Under whatever the heading is he says "Mildly increased perihilar (then sounds like he says LONG markings)"  Would that be LONG or LUNG markings?

 retroperitoneal ultrasound:

s/l Ethorhediets are not seen within the urinary bladder. Incidentally noted is enlargement of the prostate gland with a calculated volume of 43 cc.

Could anyone help me with this? Not sure what he is saying.

The small bowel s/l murals or better and appears normal throughout.

The patient had a HIDA scan of the gallbladder, and this was the infusion medium.

Multiple s/l isolem adjacent to the abdomen were obtained.
