I have an orthopedic surgeon who notes a "bare wall" in the knee when doing an arthroscopy to indicate the "bare wall" where the ligament should be attached but is no longer attached because of a tear. Hope this helps.

I think she may have a splenic flexure syndrome.  We are going to continue with observation.  It may have been an element of s/l "metal schmertz bowel".   Flate plate showed a large amount of gas.
