I googled this but can't find anything. I'm not even sure if I'm hearing it right (maybe I've got it, too, whatever it is!) It sounds like "russin's tympanic membrane" or I thought maybe "rust in tympanic membrane" but I really haven't a clue. Anyone know?

The distal aspect of the manubrium was visualized in the perforation.  It was not covered with stable tympanic membrane.  The incostapedial joint was not visualized, although s/l senicae were present in and around the middle ear and incus area.

This doctor is foreign and really mispronounces words so I may be way off but it sounds like either *chorthalidon* or *cord thalidon*.
