She is being followed for idiopathic scoliosis and currently switched to a s/l-VNECK-Milwaukee brace for a double thoracic scoliosis.  (foreign doc)

Of concern is her possible development of thoracic insufficiency as her ribs are beginning to fall in a "parasail" type configuration.

She has a 1.8 mm S/L- celutoe translation at L3-L4 level. 


Radiographs show s/l- a foot 80 degrees right thoracic, 76 lumbar.  ( it really sounds like he is saying foot, he is foreign, and I do not understand where foot would fit in, but Im not familar with typing these notes.
