As CAD nmeans Coronary Artery disease, maybe it is 'artery stenosis.
Nitro relieves stenosis (narrowing) in the coronary arteries.

shoulder surgery-- Next, a single cannulated screw was placed from the greater tuberosity fragment in an oblique fashion into the neck region.  This was measured and filled with a partially threaded screw with a washer.  It had a good bite and was not s/l proud in any sense.
