Yes, the Jurgan pin ball is what I needed. It's to cap a Kirschner wire. I found it before but apparently I wasn't googling the right combination of words this time. Thanks for your help!

rollerball. Googled roll ball and roller-ball comes up. My Surgical Word Book has rollerball endometrial ablation but the doc is clearly saying ROLL BALL. She is saying is very slowly and precise. This drives me nuts.

Umm, I believe it should be Jurgan

It's Jurgan, spelled with a 'u' and not an 'e.' Here are the items listed under that word in my Stedman's Ortho book (not sure which Stedman's you have):

Stedman's drives me nuts. Why do they have pin ball as 2 separate words in two of the listings but as all one word in the last? I wish they were more consistent, but I find so many inconsistencies.

See what I mean about the inconsistencies? Sometimes they capitalize pin ball and sometimes they hyphenate it. Geesh!
