On examination, she has a well-healed carpal tunnel release, full range of motion of all of her fingers.  Negative Tinel's and Phalen’s and median nerve compression of the left wrist.  Positive elbow flexion test.  Negative Froment’s.  Negative Scotty Earle's and decreased sensation of the ring and small finger.  She does not have any subluxation of the ulnar nerve.

anatomically, they should be at the level of the fascia; they usually say "fascia" or "fascial ring" or "fascial collar" or perhaps even "fat"...can't think of anything that s/l point and it's definitely NOT bone...
