Last visit, she had some chest pain with costochondritis. That resolved. CK was elevated at 169 but troponin was normal and __________ s/l (sera pu) was very low at 0.7.
Chronic leukocytosis, B sera s/l "able"negative.

Laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy: Surgeon is entering peritoneum. She's opened the fascia, anchored it with Vicryl, attached CO2 and then she says something like "Lidopril" placed through. Pretty sure there are 3 syllables but she is swallowing the second half of the word. The "Lido" is fairly clear, but can't swear she isn't saying "Lighted". Anyone ever hear of lidocaine being placed with CO2 insufflation? After that, she placed 2 trocars and inspected the abdomen. Any idea what this is? I am stumped.

The patient was evaluated at the beside with a sterile speculum exam for rupture of membranes. Upon questioning, the patient is denying any immediate gush of fluid. The sterile speculum exam showed no pooling. Nitrazine s/l enferon were negative.
