Abdomen:  Wave sign positive.

I think the dictator is referring to a positive fluid wave. A fluid wave elicited on abdominal exam could be diagnostic of ascites.

Never heard it as electric shock wave litho in over 15 years of transcription. Only ESWL - extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.
PR interval is the segment on an EKG that begins with the P wave until the beginning of the QRS SM

QRS complex.  So if you have a shortened PR interval, then a diagnosis for Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome could be made.
