You just don't know until you get there.  It might be that the lower paying job's account can be transcribed twice as fast--or has nicer managers.  I know cause I've been there and done that.  Sometimes cpl is not a good meter..  It depends on what is important to you.  Some will tolerate bad restaurant food if the service is good, while others go for the restaurant with better food and lousy service.  It's the same with jobs.  Maybe  it is important to you to work where you are respected; maybe it doesn't matter to you.  Like others have suggested, it may be in your best interest to try both and keep the one that is best for you.
