It's done all the time and I think it should be done more. Keep Uncle Sam out of it.

Have you ever been to a craft show and the crafter has 2 different prices, one for cash and one for checks/credit cards? Why do you think that is? They don't report the cash sales.

I have a handyman that will only take cash. Why do you think that is? If you pay cash, you pay less and everybody is happy.

We used to be a society of cash and bartering. We got away from that and look what has happened.
