MDI only offers SE -- which is better tax-wise than IC. and NO, they do not ship jobs over the pond. I find it hard to believe that anyone tried to tell you what and how many hours you had to work...??? you sure this is MDI out of Maryland? I can see them telling you what hours of coverage they hope to get from someone, but find it questionable they'd go farther than that.
