Google DTS and Carlsbad to see what happened there. They got money from the City of Carlsbad to open an office. They hired tons of people with the promise of lots of work. Last I read, they were going to have the people in Carlsbad doing overflow from india. This has not worked well for them or Carlsbad.
In my very brief experience with them, they're just like most others, there's not enough work, the work is mostly crap - might be what the hospitals give them, but it's crap.
If managers don't know the answers to questions, they just don't answer and yes, you're expected to work whenever you have to in order to get the lines, not just your regular hours.
