They did not charge me the $125 and technically they could have. I had the computer before they sent out the packet of paperwork with that contract about the charge if you return the computer before 3 months is up and that was a surprise - not something we had discussed. In retrospect, I should have just not signed it, but like I say they did not actually charge me. I also was very careful and had all the original packaging so I sent everything back exactly as it was sent to me.
