There are good companies out there, you just have to keep searching for the one that fits your needs. I found a small company locally that's been in business for 16 years and pays IC status by incentive/production: 10 cpl over 10,000 lines a payperiod; 11 cpl over 15,000; and 12 cpl over 20,000. I have so much work now, going over 20,000 lines a payperiod. It took me 13+ years to finally find the company that fits my needs and have been there for over a year and have no plans on looking elsewhere. So my advice is to keep searching, as the good companies are definitely out there! Good luck!
