How presumptious of you to think that some of the MLSs..sm
who work there only make $16.00 an hour. I am quite happy with this company, with the staff there - who is communicative, understanding, quite helpful, and willing to help with account info or in any other way that is possible - along with the platform. You had a choice from the beginning to either transcribe, or edit, or a combination. If you chose the editing and were not happy, you should have asked to go back to transcription.

But to repeatedly come on here and lead other MLS who are seeking a job to believe that Transcend is not a good company is not only presumptious of you, but shockingly untrue.

I have been the gamut of nationals, and have not been happy with any of them - until Transcend.

Maybe you had issues with Transcend, and maybe it was not a good fit for you, but again I say you cannot and should not speak for the rest of us.

It's really none of your business what any other MLS there makes - earnings are a private and individual matter, but for you to report that one can't make $16.00 an hour is absolutely ludicrous.

I see you keep signing "Current Transcender," so that means you are still there - why? Obviously you're still drawing a paycheck from there. I say find another job QUICKly so that another MLS who will appreciate this company can be hired! You'll find that the grass is NOT always greener on the other side of the fence, but good luck to you just the same!
no VR, yes small (about 130 MLSs)
quaint and cozy... no outsourcing, just slowly growing.  we only seem to add on new-hires as we acquire more accounts, so we're never really over-covered.  most days, it seems just perfect.  maybe sometimes slow on saturdays and holidays, but overall, quota is a breeze to obtain.
