I hear the pay starts at 8cpl so how is that above average?

insulting anymore if you have mega experience. All these companies want tons of experience but want to pay junk....they are better off going to india....come on we live in the US. The sad thing is that these companies probably charge the clients 20cpl.

I have 1 year of experience as an MT. I would like to know if it would be possible to find something making better than 8cpl or at least a position with benefits at that line rate.
