Like the company, but have lost money since being moved to ASR--so much editing required, although it is getting a little better as the system learns. If you made the choice to transcribe only, then of course you will get the worst dictators that are unable to be put on ASR. The goal of the industry is to move all dictation to ASR--saves everyone money and they pay us less. Unfortunately, you will find that everywhere. Have you thought about doing half ASR and half dictation? That could work for you.
