I went part-time with them 2-3 months ago when offered a full-time employee position at another MTSO.

I'm glad I grabbed the other offer, because there is no way I could pay ANY of my bills with the pittance of work available these days. I don't know how the other MTs are handling it, but I hope it turns around soon for everyone's sake.
