ShortHand for all the MTs. I don't think it matters what account you are on. If you are using their old platform CTS, turn off Autocorrect and use SH. If using new AME software that is both typing and Speech Rec, then they make you learn ShortHand.
This is a recent change and almost everyone has been trained on it, it is easy to use and similar to most of the other Expanders out there I have used.
