I was browsing MTchat earlier and saw this ad that is titled Offshore MT welcome here?  The ad reads as follows:   I am a Filipino medical transcriptionist. I'm wondering if there is the slightest possibility that an American company hire an IC from offshore?

Okay, I don't mean to be ugly but isn't that just another slap in the face for US MTs or am I just being way too sensitive today?  Opinions, please .....
