a company that believes in giving MTs a raise or increase now and again for consistent performance, loyalty and quality. Might help retain an MT - so while evidently some other industries give raises AND bonuses, we are the only profession I know of where companies usually just don't give raises. Sure some industries are freezing salaries now - heck, we have had ours frozen for years! Beginning to wonder why I stay in this profession - just so bummed today.
