I am not on a schedule, as mentioned above because I have private office accounts and they are closed on weekends and holidays. Therefore, I work Mon-Fri and commit to 900 lines a day, though I have no trouble getting over 1200 a day in 4-5 hours. Platform is wonderful and doctors, even ESLs are great. Plenty of support from QA--never criticism. If you don't understand and leave blanks for a while, they never ever get on you about it. I am here for life!
