Are there any companies that put the MTs needs ahead of the client? If so, who are they? So far, I've only found companies that are most concerned about pleasing the client and exceeding their expectations, exceeding the TAT expectations, standing on their collective heads to impress the client, etc.. If they have to overhire in order to accomplish this, this is what they do. Forget about making sure that each MT has enough work to make a sufficient line count, to qualify for benefits, etc...
