For the doctors who are consistently bad and refuse to clean it up, charge more for them and pass that along to the MT stuck trying to figure out what he is saying. This would apply to the doctors who take one big breath and try to dictate the entire report before they run out of breath, mumblers, bad ESLs, etc. It wouldn't take much to see which doctors have the most reports going to QA and evaluate those reports to see if they fall into the premium pay category.
