You really don't have a clue. We already know why. Superior Global can pay less all the way around and not have to provide benefits, duh! As soon as they don't need you anymore you are GONE because you are just an IC working for the subcontractor who could care less. Nice service huh? What is the subcontractor going to do for you? Run out and grab another national so you have enough work? I don't think so! It's just a quick way for the national to get their jobs turned around. They could care less about their own employees or the ICs they subcontract out. At least as the employee, you have some rights, but they want to do away with all that as well.
