Thanks for taking the time to post your experience and some answers!!and glad to hear you like it at Transcend. Since I don't know anything about Transcend, it helps a lot to get input from someone in the trenches there.

Thanks so much for your honset input from a plebian such as myself. This is the first heartening info I have heard. As I say, keep an open mind and ears to the ground. Who knows, we all might just get, dare I say, a happy endeding this time around.

I've of course had the insurance company experience with an illness of our own, so your too-vibrant description of doing it all day has my stress level leaping even as I relax waiting for my smothered chicken to finish. Never on this earth. Maybe in the afterlife if I'm very bad.
