I am working for Diskriter right now.  They have changed a lot of their policies since I came here last June.  They no longer pay for no work down time.  They said they were flexible, but when it comes down to it - not so much.  I get static for appointments they were notified would be happening before I was even hired.  Mind you these appointments come once every 6 to 8 weeks, not every week.  They have a lot of mandatory overtime on the account I am on.  They change by the day how much mandatory OT needs to be put in.  Now, on another note - a friend of mine works on 6 accounts now for diskriter and doesn't have enough work to keep her busy.  In over 28 weeks she has not had one week where she got in 40 hours of work - and she sits at her desk for 12-14 hours a day.  I feel bad I referred her here.  The work is pretty easy.  Its all give and take in my opinion.  Oh, and you have to use your PTO before your anniversary date - so if you like summer vacations don't start in the summer, and if you like time off during the holidays don't sign on until afterwards.  Perhaps now is a good time to start with this company ??
