Nice company IMO. You don't have to clock in. You do need to keep track of your hours and turn in totals on a time sheet every 2 weeks. Get paid by the character - 60,000 characters per day averaged out each quarter is considered full time. Pay is more than I made at Spheris  . I work over a c-phone, but they also have internet work. They install their program on your computer. Pretty easy to use and learn. I have used both satellite internet and dialup with no problems. I pretty much get the same bunch of doctors all the time.
