I have been there a year and a half now; formerly a hospital MT for 13 years. Their platform is so easy to learn. They care about the MTs. They also have samples to refer to for each account available. I mainly have had the same account since I have been there, but it I want to volunteer for more that is my option also. They really are my last MT employer!
I stopped using a C phone a year ago. Everything is sent over the internet now so it eliminates the cost of that phone line.
