Having previously been in management, I know the stress and responsibility those ladies are under. I fail to see where there is a huge lack of feedback, as all newbies are sent regular feedback while on 100% QA. I know very well the volume of emails received, and frankly some of them can wait for a day or two before being answered, and a lot of them are things that could be answered by reading account specifics or doing a little research. As far as IM, it is for emergencies and if answers are short, it is because they are busy. Yes, the updates do get to be pretty desparate when there is a ton of late work and the same few dependable MTs are the only ones helping clear it out. Then, when they hire people to make sure the work stays done, they get accused of overhiring. I know your frustration, as I have been on both sides, but until you have been in their shoes you have no idea what goes on day to day behind the scenes that has to be taken care of.

And as for the poster who has worked for 25 different companies - that speaks for itself.

I don't mean to be ugly and I'm sure I will be slammed for this and that is ok, but I am really tired of seeing so many bad things posted about this company. There was a poster a week or so ago slamming DSG and they flat out stated they have never worked there!?? I have never had the problems some people complain of and am sure it is not a perfect fit for everyone, but not everyone there is unhappy. There are a lot of MTs and QA people who have been there a long time and are very happy.
