Personally, I love DSG. I think that the people who oversee the accounts I work on are really DO try and make themselves available and are always, always more than willing to answer questions MTs might have. I am blessed to be working with them, and that is how I truly feel. I started at an MT with them back in November and I'm pregnant now. Early in my pregnancy I was very ill and in and out of the hospital due to sickness, very low iron, etc., and they consistently worked WITH me instead of AGAINST me. The team leaders are very encouraging, too, which I really appreciate. And I also got a Wal-Mart giftcard from them at Christmas AND a bonus during MT week. The company I worked for before, which was on-site, NEVER did any of that for their employees. I'm truly BLESSED and I love DSG.
