I currently work for them and I'm overall happy with the company. I very rarely have any issues with sound quality. I like the account I work on. Always work. Decent pay. Nice team leader and operations manager. Flexible. I've never worked on DSG2. Another thing I like about them is there is a message board for their MTs to go to and help each other out. This is the first time I've worked for a company from home and had any sort of connection with the other MTs. They encourage it. Nice change for me. Give them a try.
